These Terms & Conditions apply to the LankaFM app, website and related preference service. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services. For questions, contact milan@findmilan.ca.
Personal Use
LankaFM is provided for personal listening. Do not disrupt the service, overload station streams, forge app verification, access another installation’s data, share installation credentials, or bypass API safeguards. This restriction does not limit activities or rights that applicable law expressly permits.
Third-Party Radio Streams
Lanka FM is a directory-style listening app for publicly reachable Sri Lankan radio streams.
Radio streams are provided by third-party station or streaming hosts. Lanka FM does not control their uptime, programming, audio quality, geographic restrictions, metadata, stream availability, or privacy practices.
Streams may stop, change, become unavailable, or be restricted by their operators at any time.
Station Names, Audio, And Rights
Station names, audio, programming, trademarks, and related rights remain the property of their respective owners.
Lanka FM does not claim ownership of third-party station names, audio, programming, or trademarks.
If you are a station owner or rights holder and want a station corrected or removed, email milan@findmilan.ca with the station name and your relationship to the station or rights holder.
Station Additions And Corrections
You may request a station addition, correction, or broken-stream review by emailing milan@findmilan.ca.
Include the station name, official website if available, stream URL if available, and a short description of the request. Lanka FM may decline or remove stations that cannot be verified, are not suitable for app-store distribution, use unsupported stream formats, or create reliability or rights concerns.
No Account Or Paid Features In V1
The v1 app does not require an account, does not include paid features, and does not include subscriptions. If paid features, accounts, or subscriptions are added later, the app terms, store metadata, and privacy disclosures must be updated before release.
Preference Sync And Security
Preferences are saved locally and submitted when setup or selected options change. Network, security-verification, service-capacity or provider availability issues can delay sync or deletion. The app may queue requests for retry. The service is not a backup of favorites or listening history.
Keep your installation credential private. Reset App Data removes the server preference record when the request reaches the service. Uninstalling the app alone does not guarantee server deletion. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion-marker details.
API access may be restricted or suspended to prevent abuse, protect other users or comply with law. A working public URL does not grant permission to create automated integrations or access installation data.
Availability
Lanka FM may change, suspend, remove, or update app features or station listings at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific station, stream, app feature, or platform version will always be available.
No Emergency Or Critical Use
Lanka FM is an entertainment and listening app. Do not rely on it for emergency alerts, safety-critical information, or official public-service communications.
Limitation Of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Lanka FM is provided as-is and as-available. We are not responsible for third-party stream outages, third-party content, platform provider issues, network problems, device compatibility problems, or indirect losses related to app use.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when the app changes, when station handling changes, when legal requirements change, or when new features are added. Continued use of Lanka FM after the terms are updated means you accept the updated terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer or privacy law does not permit us to exclude. No particular governing jurisdiction is imposed by this page.
